Protective Film:
It is recommended to install the panels in the same direction and for the film to be removed within 45 days of installation.

Due to the production process, a maximum displacement of the cover sheets of .2mm to one side may occur along the longer sides of the papnels if not specially trimmed.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Cleaning with a piece of soft cloth and mild deturgent or water. Strong acid, alkali or solvent is not reccommended as it could damage surface. Use of high-pressure sprayers is suitable when cleaning heavy curtain wall.

Storage
Protect pallets during storage against rain, penetration of moisture, condensation. Pile a maximum of 6 pallets flat on top of each other and avoid storage of periods longer than 6 months.

Recycling
Alucomaster is fully recyclable - both core material and aluminium cover sheets can be recycled and reused for other materials.

Impact resistant
Viscoelastic high molecular resin comprises teh core, preventing cracking or breaking, yet comes with the exceptional high stiffness and impact resistance.

Sound Transmission Loss

Weather durability and corrosion resistant
Alucomaster panel coated with fluoro-carbon (PVDF) resin. It withstands the extreme weather conditions and minimizes the possibility of acid, alkali and salt spray corrosion, hence unaffected by the temperature change and the long term UV exposure.

Fireproofing characteristics
Alucomaster panel fully meets the fireproofing requirements specified in building codes. The ability of fireproof is higher than index requirements of Grade B1. It performs excellently in flame spread and smoke development.
