Most laser cutters you'll find advertised are hobby or sign-shop machines with a bed under a metre and forty or eighty watts behind them. Ours cuts 2400 × 1250 mm in a single piece — a full sheet goes straight on the bed, nothing has to be trimmed down first or split and joined afterwards. And 300 watts of CO2 power is what lets it go through genuinely thick acrylic, up to 40 mm, instead of stalling and melting at 10.

A laser flame-polishes acrylic as it cuts. The edge comes off the machine clear and glossy — no sanding, no buffing, no extra cost.
Both on the same machine. Cut the shape and engrave the detail — lettering, logos, scales, panel markings — in one setup.
The same laser engraves as well as cuts, so a part can be cut to shape and marked in the one operation rather than sent somewhere else afterwards.
Acrylic and a CO2 laser suit each other better than almost any other material and machine pairing. The beam vaporises the acrylic rather than tearing at it, which is why the edge comes out transparent instead of chalky.
Not every plastic belongs in a laser, and it is worth knowing before you send a job.

If your part is better suited to the saw or the router, we will say so and quote it that way — we do all three under one roof, so there is nothing to gain by pushing a job onto the wrong machine.
